I am a Houston native who, after many years as a CPA, political activist and stay-at-home mom, have dedicated my life to practicing and teaching the healing arts. A yoga teacher since 1997, I subsequently completed additional training in hypnosis, Reiki, and advanced energy work. In 2004 I completed my master’s degree in transpersonal psychology at Naropa University, where I studied traditional psychology along with spiritual practices such as meditation and ritual. The topic of my master's paper was the spiritual awakening process (Kundalini), and I have published several articles on this and related topics. The combination of psychological study and metaphysical experience allows me to work with clients in a variety of ways ranging from traditional hypnosis to Reiki to past life regression and shamanic journeys. The focus is always on the individual.

Private sessions are available by appointment and are conducted in Bellaire (5909 West Loop South at Fournace, #470) unless other arrangements are specified. Private sessions are $175 each, or 4 for $575, paid in advance. I accept cash, checks, and MC/VISA.
Group classes/workshops are offered privately and also through Body Mind & Soul bookstore and Spectrum Center.
